Dr Peter Neustadt - Executive Chairman
Dr Neustadt is a management consultant and entrepreneur with more than thirty years experience building and improving public companies within the hospitality, media, property and finance sectors. He has previously worked for the global management consulting firm, McKinsey & Company and was an executive board member of Kerry Packer's Consolidated Press Holdings (CPH).
He was most recently Managing Director of Cypress Lakes Group Limited, which developed one of the largest and most popular golf resorts in Australia on rural land in the Hunter Valley, NSW. Dr Neustadt still serves as a director of Cypress Lakes Group and sits on the boards of Harrington Pty Limited and Audant Investment Committee.
Ralf Barschow - Chief Executive Officer
 Mr Barschow has more than twenty years experience in leading international dental materials and technology companies, performing high executive functions, managing sales and marketing budgets up to A$ 250 million p.a. and forging a network of business contacts in the dental industry worldwide.
Prior to accepting his role as Chief Executive Officer, Ralf came from the Australian subsidiary of Siemens AG, one of the world´s leading operations. Before joining Siemens he was heading the central European business as Managing Director of the US company Align Technology Inc., the NASDAQ listed inventor and maker of the Invisalign orthodontic product. He came to Align from his previous positions as Global Sales Director of Ivoclar Vivadent AG, one of the leading international dental enterprises and prior to that as Export Manager and various positions he held for over ten years in the German Degussa AG, one of the top 3 dental companies in the world.
Ralf, a German citizen, studied international marketing and economics in Germany and England, lived in Germany, Liechtenstein, Singapore and Hong Kong and moved in 2006 to Australia.
John W Truitt - Executive Vice President, North America
 John has over 10 years experience in the manufacture, marketing, sales, and distribution of dental devices, products, and services in North America, UK, SE Asia, and Australia.
From 1997 to 2001 John was Vice President & Chief Operations Officer of US based NAOL Orthodontic Laboratory and Supply where he was responsible for domestic and international marketing, sales, advertising, operations, logistics, and continuing education. He utilised these experiences as CEO of NAOL Australia Pty Ltd from July 2001 until he joined SomnoMed in January 2004.
Prior to accepting his current role of Chief Executive, North America, John was Global Vice President Sales & Marketing and a member of the initial executive team involved in listing SomnoMed Limited on the Australian Stock Exchange.
After studying Liberal Arts at the University of North Texas and Emergency Medicine at the US Army Academy of Medical Sciences, John continued his education in dental sleep medicine, orthodontics, chronic pain management, TMJ and maxillofacial orthopaedics under the tutelage of many world-renowned clinicians. This, in conjunction with his international business experience, gives him a wide perspective and deep understanding of the market.
Alison Green – General Manager, Asia Pacific
 Alison Green brings a wealth of experience in sales and marketing in the Medical device industry. Over the last 20 years Alison has held senior management and consulting roles with such companies as Stryker, Genzyme and Johnson & Johnson.
Alison holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from the University of Technology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business from the AGSM.
Terence A Flitcroft - Company Secretary
 Terry has been a Director of the Company from 1995 until May 2003. He is a Chartered Accountant with broad commercial and financial experience and has acted as a director and company secretary for a number of private and public companies.
Terry will provide company secretarial and accounting services to the Company on a contract basis, until such time as a full time employee is recruited to carry out these tasks.
Terry is a Director of Winchester Associates Pty Limited, a licensed investment advisor.
