All SomnoDent MAS made in Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) currently have a one year manufacturers’ warranty against manufacturing defects and breakage. From January 1st 2010 SomnoMed ANZ will offer an additional one year extended warranty (two years in total) on all SomnoDent MAS.
To receive the extended warranty the patient must complete the following :
• Complete all fields in the warranty card and return it to SomnoMed
• Tick the box stating: I agree to receive marketing information from SomnoMed
Repairs not covered under warranty include, but are not limited to: reset bites, acrylic fracture; clasp repair; wing repair; and other damage not caused by manufacturing defects. For example repairs caused by defective or distorted models, defective or distorted bite records, calculus deposits and device modifications made by non SomnoMed authorised technicians.
