Register your clinic from the 1st October 2011 by visiting www.somnobrux.com.au and track your SomnoBrux purchases. Once you have bought 5 devices the program kicks-in, entitling you to an array of wonderful giftware.

TO REDEEM

Nominate a person in your clinic, usually the Practice Manager, to be responsible for the reward redemption and ensure that only one incentives program is running per clinic.

Once you have enough points to redeem an item, simply fill out the form on the back page of the brochure below and fax it back to SomnoMed. We'll send out your prizes and a recalculated points total (please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery).
