 Dr Peter Neustadt - Non Executive Chairman

 
Dr Neustadt is a management consultant and entrepreneur with more than thirty years experience in building and improving public companies within the hospitality, media, property and finance sectors. He has previously worked for the global management consulting firm, McKinsey & Company and was an executive board member of Kerry Packer's Consolidated Press Holdings (CPH).
 

Dr. Neustadt served on a number of public and private company boards including Cypress Lakes Group Limited, The Golden Door, CEL Limited, Network TEN, Advance Bank Limited, Trafalgar and Manboom Limited.

Terence A Flitcroft - Company Secretary

Mr Flitcroft has been a Director of the company from 1995 until May 2003. He is a Chartered Accountant with broad commercial and financial experience and has acted as a director and company secretary for a number of private and public companies.
 
Terry provides company secretarial and accounting services to the Company on a contract basis. He is a Director of Winchester Associates Pty Limited, a licensed investment advisor.

Graham Hurst - Non-Executive Director

Mr Hurst is an experienced investor with over forty years experience in capital markets. He became a member of the Sydney Stock Exchange in 1968 and was subsequently a director of the Sydney Stock Exchange for five years and on the Exchange’s national listing committee during this time.

Graham has acted as financial advisor to a number of companies.

Paul Hopper - Non-Executive Director

Mr. Hopper is based in Los Angeles, CA and has over 20 years experience in the management and funding of biotechnology and healthcare public companies. He has been involved in over $200 million in equity and debt financings in Australia, Asia, the U.S. and Europe.His sector experience includes anti-bacterials, medical devices, antibodies, inflammation and oncology. Mr. Hopper is also a director of Boston-based pSivida Corp (NASDAQ:PSDV) and Chairman of Viralytics Limited (ASX:VLA). Mr. Hopper is Managing Director at the Los Angeles merchant bank, Cappello Group. He has served as Chairman or Director of many listed biotech and healthcare companies in the US and Australia, including Bone Medical Limited, Advanced Biotherapy, Inc., Australian Cancer Technology Limited and Medaire Ltd. He was the co-founder and Managing Director of Alpha Healthcare Limited.
